Method: 1. Press the sweet pastry into the tart mould, prick some holes on the pastry shells. 2. Bake at 190C for 15 minutes. 3. Filling: Cream cream cheese, sugar & butter till light & smooth. 4. Add in egg & cream till well blended. 5. Add in whipping cream, mix till well bined. 6. Fold in flour, mix well. 7. Put the cheese filling into the baked pastry shells. Put some blueberry pie filling on it and swirl with a chopstick. 8. Bake at 200C for 10-20mins.
This is a belated entry. My mixer is back last month, finally. So , the baking starts again, especially with the school holidays and the kids are all at home and always hungry. If the fridge can speak, I wonder what the complaints would be...imagine, there will always be one little head poking in the fridge every single hour I believe and says 'Lapar laa ibu..nak cari makan'.
