Cuaca kat luar sangat panas sejak akhir-akhir ni. Dah lama tak hujan. Ramadhan dah semakin hampir, tinggal lagi 3 hari je. Mudah-mudahan kita di beri kesihatan yang baik untuk memperbaiki dan menambah amalan dibulan yang dinantikan ini.

Resepi ni sangat la simple, tanpa menggunakan yis. Anak-anak pasti suka.

1/2 tsp. salt
2 ½ tsp baking powder
3 tbsp butter flavored shortening (or butter)
¾ cup milk

Directions:

1) Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a medium sized mixing bowl.
2) Crumble and incorporate the shortening into the flour mixture until there are no large clumps remaining.

4) Knead 8-12 times. Don’t over knead.
5) Heat an inch or two of oil over medium to medium-high heat.
