Alkisah

Dah few days since I last cooked for iftar, due to the  mishap last friday. Thank you ALLAH, I am still alive, and grateful with whatever YOU bestowed upon us. Thank you for all the help and Dua's from near and afar. May ALLAH bless you all.

Kesian tengok anak-anak makan menu sempoi je. Kuih beli 2-3 kali, sering tak habis, walaupun sedikit. So, yesterday and today, my other half with the help of the kids, prepared the required things for me to cook. Duduk jap je masak, preparations and the rest, semua depa buat, guided by me. I cannot stand for too long, kepala still dizzy kalu berdiri lama and my hands still shakes. Big Boss aka "ayah" finishes all the cooking tasks, alhamdulillah..

We had kuey tiau goreng and ayam goreng RFC for iftar.














Kuey tiau goreng


1 peket kuey tiau
3 ulas bawang putih ~ cincang halus
1 labu bawang besar ~ hiris nipis
1 tbsp cili mesin ~ kalau nak pedas, boleh lebihkan
sedikit isi ayam ~ kalau ada kerang atau udang boleh tambah
sedikit sos kuey tiau
garam 
minyak


Cara:


1. Tumis bawang putih dalam minyak panas, hingga naik bau.
2. Masukkan cili mesin, masak hingga pecah minyak.
3. Masukkan isi ayam, gaul sekejap.
4. Masukkan sedikit air, dalam 1/2 cawan, dan 6 sudu besar sos kuey tiau, biar mendidih, letak garam.
5. Masukkan kuey tiau, gaul rata.
6. Tolak ke tepi dalam kuali kuey tiau yang telah digaul rata tadi. Masukkan telor, kacau hingga agak separuh masak, gaul terus dengan kuey tiau tadi. 
7. Masukkan tauge dan kucai, gaul rata , padam api.


Tarlet ni sebenarnya di order sehari sebelum ramadhan, 50 tartlet, 25 per box.
