Ni, my second try buat apple pie guna puff pastry.
Masa first time buat, agak terkejar-kejar sebab nak hantar sikit pada iman. This round, I didn't slice the top crust and no eggwash..express punya pasal..and the filling was bit dry because the sides tu terbukak sikit lepas bakar.
