2013 is already here. I have neglected this blog for quite a while, unable to allocate a little bit of my very precious time to update. Sometimes, people asked me, 'why so busy?, you've got all the time in the world what...To some, they have the illusion that homemakers are 'lady of leisure'..I'll leave them to their own imaginations..
I do not like being given excuses such as 'don't have time, no time la whatever...' Seriously, who owns our time, who gives us our time? It is us who do not know how to manage the time given to us by the Almighty, and yet we still give excuses that we do not have time..when you don't prioritise, you will never have time, until the end...
I need to make time for myself..me thinks..
Well, do ignore my ramblings up above..
Back to the posted title, I bake this cake last month, and only managed to post it here today.
Original recipe was from here. Enjoy the cake while it is still warm, with the sweet taste of pandan and coconut.Will update pictures later ya..
270 gm mentega
230 gm gula kastor
5 biji telur
60 gm santan
1 sudu besar pes pandan
1 sudu teh pewarna hijau epal
240 gm tepung naik sendiri
30 gm kelapa parut kering
1/2 sudu teh serbuk penaik
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
1.Pukul mentega dan gula kastor hingga sebati dan berkrim
2.Masukkan telur satu persatu dan teruskan memukul
3.Kemudian masukkan esen vanilla, kelapa parut , pes pandan dan pewarna hijau
4.Masukkan tepung naik sendiri berselang seli dengan santan
5.Tuangkan adunan ke dalam loyang 9 inc yang telah disapu dengan sedikit butter,dan bakar pada suhu 170C selama 1 jam atau sehingga kek masak.
