Selalu dah membaking cupcake ni. Anak-anak minta extra nak bawa bekal. Ada sorang siap bisness lagi kat sekolah. Kali ni anas tolong tabur choc chips kat atasnya, modify sikit.
Resepi nya:
Ingredients
250gm butter
1 cup sugar
2 cups self raising flour*
1 tsp baking powder*
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
8-10 oreos biscuit - crushed with the cream
Some non-dairy whipping cream for the topping. (I prefer whipping cream than buttercream)
Method
1. Sift flour & baking powder.
2. Whisk butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, eggs and vanilla for 2 mins only, do not overbeat.
3. Stir in crushed oreos, fold gently.
4. Spoon batter into cupcakes casing.
5. Bake in pre heated oven at 170C for about 10-15 mins, depending on your oven.
