ORANGE CAKE RECIPE
Ingredients:
250 gm butter ~ softened
1 cup caster sugar
1 2/3 cup self raising flour
4 large eggs
2 orange ~ take the zest & juice
Method:
- Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
- Add egg one at a time, and beat till well incorporated.
- Add orange zest and mix well.
- Fold in 1/3 of flour and mix well.
- Add 1/2 of the juice and mix again.
- Repeat step 4 & 5 till finish.
- Pour batter into a greased tin, lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175C for 45 minutes or until cake tester inserted comes out clean
