Seafood Carbonara

Assalamualaikum dear peeps. Dah bersawang blog ni tiada update. Life has been very hectic for me for the last 2 years. Macam2 ujian melanda. Alhamdulillah, with Allah’s blessing, dapat meneruskan kehidupan ini and now sharing more recipes here.

Resepi ni dikongsi oleh seorang sahabat lama dari sekolah menengah lagi. She is now a homebased baker, tq fazlon.
Tried and tested and sangat sedap

RESEPI SEAFOOD CARBONARA

Bahan ~ hidangan utk 2 orang

160 gm spaghetti ~ rebus & drain
10gm minyak
20gm butter

1/2 biji bawang holland ~ potong dadu
20 gm leek ~ cincang
Carrot, mushroom ~ sliced thinly


1/2 tbsp oregano

Seafood ~ sukatan ikut citarasa
Lala
Kupang
Ketam
Sotong
Udang

120 gm air
120 gm whipping cream
1 slice cheese
1 tbsp black pepper powder

Cara

1. Panaskan minyak & butter, tumis bawang hingga naik bau
2. Masukkan leek & carrot, gaul.
3. Masukkan oregano & seafood, biar masak.
4. Masukkan air, whipping cream, cheese. Biar hingga mendidih.
5. Masukkan spaghetti, gaul sebentar, matikan api. Siap untuk dihidang
